An AI call center for inbound and outbound.
Your team takes the calls that need people.

Kallix runs your AI call center on one platform. Agents answer your support number 24×7, call customers from scheduled campaigns and transfer to your team when a caller needs a person. They speak Hindi, English, Hinglish and more, and every call is recorded, given an outcome and sent to your CRM.
₹500 in free credits when you sign up. After that, ₹4.80 a minute with the voice, the language model and Indian call minutes included.

How it works. From your list to a logged outcome.

  1. 1

    Load what your team knows

Build a knowledge base from your help pages, or upload SOPs, FAQs, price lists and policies. Write the call flow as steps with if/then branches.

  2. 2

    Test against real situations

Write or upload scenarios such as a refund question, an angry caller or a wrong number. Run them against the agent and see pass or fail for each one.

  3. 3

Go live on numbers and lists

Rent Vobiz numbers for inbound lines and route them to agents. Upload contacts to run reminder, renewal or feedback campaigns.

  4. 4

    Watch and improve

Follow calls live, read the analytics and rate calls. Kallix suggests prompt and knowledge-base changes, which you ship as a new version and can roll back.

A real call. Honest about being AI.

The voice sounds human, and the agent says it's an AI assistant in its first line. It keeps to your script, hands over to a person when asked, and logs what happened.

  • The outcome and next step
  • The recording and transcript
  • The answers it captured
  • How the caller felt

What you get. Everything the call needs.

Inbound support, 24×7
Agents answer questions on timings, fees, policies and how-tos from your knowledge base, and take bookings and reschedules.
Outbound campaigns
Run reminders, renewals and feedback calls from the same platform, with IST calling windows, retries and parallel lines.
Talk instead of pressing 1
Callers say what they need rather than working through a keypad menu. Keypad input still works for things like an order number.
Live view and alerts
See calls in progress and get notified about the ones that need your team's attention.
Test suites before launch
Run scenarios against each agent version, see what passes, and rerun after every change.
Call data stored and processed in India
Kallix is DPDP Act compliant. Choose how long recordings and transcripts are kept, and hide phone and ID numbers from view-only members.

How an AI call center works. Agents take the volume, people take the exceptions.

Incoming calls reach a Vobiz number routed to an agent. The agent greets the caller, says it's an AI assistant and works out what they need. It answers routine questions from your knowledge base, puts bookings into your calendar and transfers anything outside the script to your team. On the outbound side, the same platform calls customers from campaigns: payment and renewal reminders, delivery updates and feedback.

After each call Kallix saves the recording, transcript, outcome and any fields the agent captured, then sends a webhook so your helpdesk or CRM is updated.

  • Good first jobs for agents: after-hours calls, FAQs, bookings, reminders and feedback
  • Best kept with your team: complaints, disputes and anything that needs a decision

AI call center software for India. Indian numbers, Indian rules, data kept here.

Kallix follows TRAI's rules for commercial calls. Numbers come through Vobiz: 140-series for promotional calls, 1600 and 1601-series for service and transactional calls where a sector requires them (issued in your business's name), and regional numbers for inbound lines. Kallix declares automated calling for the numbers it provides, while your business keeps its DLT registration and its customers' consent.

  • DND (NCPR) checks before any campaign dials
  • A per-person call limit across agents and campaigns, with retries counted
  • Caller-number pools that skip numbers flagged as spam
  • Call data stored and processed in India, encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Role-based access, and a data processing agreement on request

Call center automation, one queue at a time. Start small, then widen.

You don't have to move every line at once. Start with one queue, such as after-hours calls or a single reminder campaign. Watch connect rate, where calls end, transfers and sentiment in analytics →, and listen to the calls that went wrong. When the outcomes look right, route the next number to an agent. Larger teams can add guided launch, where Kallix conversation designers help build and tune the first agents, then hand over.

A call center where AI voice agents take part of the calls. They answer the phone, make outbound calls, follow your scripts and record outcomes, while people handle the calls that need them. On Kallix the agents, numbers, campaigns and analytics sit in one dashboard.

Kallix charges ₹4.80 a minute, all in, billed in 30-second pulses. Two concurrent calls are included, and each extra one is ₹999 a month. Numbers start at ₹499 a month each. Enterprise plans add volume pricing and higher concurrency. Prices exclude GST. See pricing →.

They take repeat calls and after-hours calls off your team. We suggest keeping people for complaints, disputes and decisions. Agents transfer those calls on the rules you set.

Yes. Route a number to an agent for inbound calls and add the same agent, or another one, to an outbound campaign. Results from both land in the same call log and analytics.

The agent tells the caller it's connecting them and makes a warm transfer to your team. You can also transfer on keywords, such as 'complaint', or on intent, such as a billing dispute.

Indian numbers from Vobiz, rented in the dashboard: 140-series for promotional calls, 1600 and 1601-series for service and transactional calls, and regional numbers for inbound lines. Bringing your own carrier or SIP trunk isn't available today.

With one queue that repeats, such as after-hours calls, appointment reminders or feedback calls. Write test scenarios for it, go live, then check the outcomes and transfers before you route the next line.
