Cookie policy
Last updated 24 Oct 2026
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies on kallix.in, what each one does and how you control them. Optional cookies stay off until you choose to allow them.
It sits alongside our privacy policy, which explains how we handle personal data more generally.
How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories:
- Necessary. Needed for the site to work: security, protection against automated abuse, the demo-call verification and remembering your cookie choices. They're always on, because the site can't work properly without them. They're set by Kallix and by Cloudflare Turnstile.
- Analytics. Help us understand which pages people visit and where they get stuck, so we can improve the site. We use Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity, which also records clicks, scrolling and mouse movement as session replays. Clarity stays off until you agree; Google Analytics runs without cookies until you agree, as explained below.
- Marketing. Let us measure which of our ads bring people here, show our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing) and, if you send us a form, tell us how you found us. When we run ads with them, we use Google Ads, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta Pixel. The LinkedIn and Meta tags stay off until you agree; Google Ads runs without cookies until you agree, as explained below.
Separately, Vercel, which hosts this site, measures how fast pages load for visitors (Speed Insights), and Sentry tells us when a page breaks (error reports, stored in the EU, without your IP address or anything you type). Neither uses cookies or identifies you, so they run without a choice.
We switch a tool on only while we actually use it, so the table below may show fewer tools than this section names.
How consent works on this site
- No optional cookies until you choose. Until you make a choice, only necessary cookies are used. Microsoft Clarity, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta Pixel don't load at all.
- Google's tag runs in Consent Mode. Google's tag for Analytics and Ads loads with storage switched off. Until you agree, it can't set or read cookies and sends only cookieless signals, such as that a page was viewed, which Google uses to estimate visits and ad results in aggregate without identifying you. When you accept a category, it switches to normal measurement for that category only.
- Reject all is as easy as Accept all. The banner shows both buttons side by side, with equal weight. You can also choose category by category.
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of marketing cookies.
- Your choice is remembered in a necessary cookie, kx_consent, for six months. After that, or if we change our categories or tools in a way that needs fresh consent, we ask again.
- We keep a record of each choice as proof of consent: a random consent ID, your choices, the time, the page, your browser type and a salted hash of your IP address. We keep these records for five years.
- Change your mind at any time. Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page. If you withdraw consent for a category, we delete the cookies those tools set on our site and reload the page so the tools stop running. Withdrawing doesn't affect anything that happened before.
Third-party providers
Third-party tools are run by the companies that provide them. When they load, they receive information such as your IP address, browser details and the pages you view, and handle it under their own privacy policies, which are linked in the table above.
Some of these providers process data outside India. The section on international transfers in our privacy policy explains how we handle that.
Managing cookies in your browser
You can also control cookies in your browser's settings: see which cookies are stored, delete them, and block some or all of them. Each browser does this a little differently, so check its help pages.
- Blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working, such as the demo call.
- Deleting cookies also deletes your cookie choices, so you'll see the banner again.
- Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics on all websites, and you can turn off personalised ads from Google in My Ad Center.
- Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control signal for you.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this policy when we add, remove or change a tool. The cookie table always shows the tools that are currently switched on. If a change needs fresh consent, the banner will ask you again.
