Security and trust for AI voice calls: Every call counts. So does every caller's data.

Kallix follows India's calling and privacy rules: agents say they're AI, numbers are checked against DND before a campaign dials, call data is stored and processed in India, and Kallix is DPDP Act compliant.

On the call

Respectful by design. For callers and your brand.

  • AI disclosure, always

Agents introduce themselves as AI assistants and offer a person when asked. Our acceptable use policy requires it.

  • DND checks before dialling

Every number is checked against the DND register (NCPR) before a campaign calls it. Promotional calls skip registered numbers unless consent is recorded.

  • Declared, whitelisted numbers

Kallix declares automated calling for the numbers it provides, and whitelists your numbers with Truecaller and the telecom operators for you.

  • Calling windows

Each campaign has hours in IST. Agents don't dial outside them, and scheduled callbacks follow the same rule.

  • Do-not-call handling

When a caller asks not to be called again, the agent confirms, ends politely and the number is suppressed.

  • Call limits per person

One limit across every agent and campaign, with retries counted, so nobody is called too often.

  • Consent records

Store where and when each contact gave consent as contact fields, and see it next to every call.

  • A person when it matters

Transfer rules hand sensitive conversations to your team, with the context attached.

  • Tested before launch

Test suites catch scripts that drift from policy before a single customer hears them.

Your data

Protected, and yours to control.

  • Stored and processed in India

Recordings, transcripts and outcomes are stored and processed in India, on every account, from the first call.

  • Encryption

Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest.

  • Role-based access and masking

Give each teammate only the access they need, and hide phone and ID numbers from view-only members.

  • Retention you set

Choose how long recordings and transcripts are kept, and delete individual records on request.

  • Export, keys and signed webhooks

Export calls, transcripts and outcomes any time. Workspace-scoped API keys you can rotate, and HMAC-signed webhook events.

  • Contracts that fit procurement

A data processing agreement on request, and answers to security questionnaires for enterprise reviews. We don't claim certifications we haven't been audited for.

Regulation

Built with Indian rules in mind.

Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Kallix is DPDP Act compliant. When you use Kallix to call your customers, your business is the data fiduciary: you decide why and how their data is used, and Kallix processes it on your instructions as your data processor, in India. Consent records, retention settings and deletion requests are part of the product. The DPDP Act and AI calls.

TRAI commercial communication rules. Kallix follows TRAI’s rules for commercial calls: DND checks before dialling, automated calling declared for the numbers we provide, the right number series for each call type, and do-not-call requests honoured. Your business keeps its own DLT registration and its customers’ consent. TRAI rules for AI calls.

Sector rules. Lenders, insurers and healthcare providers can build their own policies into the agent, such as RBI’s 8 am to 7 pm window for recovery calls or a recording notice, and test them before launch.
