Quickstart

From key to first call. In four steps.

    Create an API key

    From Settings in the dashboard. Keys are scoped to your workspace.

  2. 02

    Pick an agent

    Build it in the studio or reuse one you already run. Note its ID.

  3. 03

    Start a call

    POST to /calls with a number and variables. The agent dials within seconds.

  4. 04

    Receive the outcome

    Your webhook gets the disposition, fields and transcript link when the call is analysed.

Signed webhooks

Every event carries an HMAC signature so you can verify it came from Kallix, and the dashboard can send a test event to your endpoint.

Pass names, amounts, slots and IDs per call. Agents use them in the script, and they come back with the outcome.

Same rules as the dashboard

API calls respect calling windows, concurrency and do-not-call lists, so code can't bypass your policies.
