Grievance officer
Last updated 23 Oct 2026
If you have a complaint about how Kallix handles personal data, about a call made with Kallix, or about our services, you can write to our grievance officer. This page says who that is, how to reach them and what happens after you write.
Grievance officer
- Name: Shreyansh Tiwari, Founder & CEO
- Email: privacy@kallix.in
- Company: Kallix Labs Private Limited, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
What to include
To help us act quickly, tell us:
- your name and how to reach you
- what happened, with dates and times in IST
- the phone number that was called, or that called you, if your complaint is about a call
- what you'd like us to do, for example stop calls to your number, delete your data or explain a charge
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
- We look into it. If the call was made by one of our customers using Kallix, we also pass your complaint to them, because they decide who is called and why.
- We aim to resolve it within 15 days, and always within the time the law requires. Under the DPDP Rules that's no more than 90 days.
- We tell you what we found and what we did.
If a Kallix agent called you
Every Kallix agent says it's an AI assistant at the start of the call. You can ask it not to call again, and that request is recorded and honoured across every campaign. You can also complain about unwanted commercial calls to your telecom operator: call or text 1909, or use the TRAI DND app.
If you're not satisfied
If you're unhappy with how we resolve a complaint about personal data, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. For unwanted commercial calls, you can appeal your telecom operator's decision, as TRAI's rules allow.
