WooCommerce AI voice agent integration.
A call for every order that needs one.

Connect your WooCommerce store to Kallix through its built-in webhooks, or through Zapier or Make. A new cash-on-delivery order or a delivery problem starts an AI call, and the outcome lands back on the order as a note or a status change.

Kallix and WooCommerce share

  • COD orders confirmed
  • Delivery follow-ups
  • Abandoned carts, with a plugin
  • Results on the order

Connects through webhooks, REST API, Zapier or Make

What Kallix and WooCommerce do together.

COD orders confirmed
WooCommerce sends order events with the payment method, so cash-on-delivery orders get a confirmation call before dispatch.
Delivery follow-ups
When your shipping plugin or courier panel reports a failed delivery, the agent calls to agree a new slot or fix the address.
Abandoned carts, with a plugin
WooCommerce doesn't track abandoned carts by itself. If your cart-recovery plugin can send a webhook or reach Zapier or Make, Kallix can call from it.
Results on the order
Outcomes go back through the WooCommerce REST API, Zapier or Make, as an order note or a status change.

Connect WooCommerce. In 5 steps.

  1. 1

    Add a webhook in WooCommerce

In WooCommerce settings, under Advanced and then Webhooks, create an order created webhook that points to Zapier, Make or your own endpoint.

  2. 2

    Start the call

Filter to cash-on-delivery orders and send the order number, items, amount and address to the Kallix REST API as variables.

  3. 3

    Set up the agent

Pick a template in the agent studio, then add your script, calling windows and WhatsApp follow-up.

  4. 4

    Write back the result

Use a Kallix webhook to add an order note or change the status when the call ends.

  5. 5

    Test it

Place a test order with your own number, check the call and the order note, then go live.

Not today, and you don't need one. WooCommerce has webhooks built in, so you connect it with those, or with Zapier or Make.

WooCommerce doesn't record abandoned carts on its own, so you need a cart-recovery plugin. If the plugin can send a webhook or connect to Zapier or Make, each abandoned cart can start a Kallix call.

Yes. The agent records the outcome and any corrected fields, and your Zapier or Make flow, or your own code, updates the order through the WooCommerce REST API, for example adding a note with the new address or cancelling an unwanted order.

Agents speak Hindi, English, Hinglish and more. Set a primary and secondary language, and the agent switches when the buyer does.

Yes. The agent can offer prepaid on the call and send a payment link on WhatsApp once it ends. It never asks for card details or OTPs on the call.
