Webhooks and REST API for AI voice agents.
Every call event, signed and testable.

Kallix sends a signed webhook when a call starts, ends and is analysed, and its REST API covers agents, calls, campaigns, contacts and results. Use them to connect your AI voice agents to any system that can receive an HTTP request or call an API, from your CRM to your own back office.

Kallix and Webhooks share

  • Three call events
  • Signatures you can verify
  • A test button
  • A REST API for the rest

Connects through webhooks and REST API

What Kallix and Webhooks do together.

Three call events
Call started, call ended and call analysed. Act on the analysed event when you need the outcome, captured fields and sentiment.
Signatures you can verify
Every webhook is signed. Check the signature before you trust the payload, so you know the event came from Kallix.
A test button
Send a sample event to your endpoint from the dashboard while you build, before a single real call is made.
A REST API for the rest
Create and update agents, start calls, push contacts into campaigns and fetch results from your own code.

Connect Webhooks. In 4 steps.

  1. 1

    Add your endpoint

Enter the URL that should receive call events in the Kallix dashboard.

  2. 2

    Send a test event

Press the test button to send a sample event, and check that your endpoint receives and parses it.

  3. 3

    Verify the signature

Check each request's signature before acting on it. The documentation shows how, with example requests.

  4. 4

    Start calls with the API

Call the REST API with an agent, a phone number and variables such as {{callee_name}}, or push contacts into a campaign.

Call started, call ended and call analysed. Each one is signed, and the test button in the dashboard sends a sample to your endpoint.

Verify the signature on each request before you trust the payload. The documentation shows how.

Work with agents, calls, campaigns, contacts and results: create and update agents, start calls, push contacts into campaigns and fetch call results.

Pass them as variables, such as {{callee_name}} or {{due_amount}}, when you start the call or push the contact. For general information, attach a knowledge base to the agent.

Not always. Zapier and Make can receive Kallix webhooks and call the API, so many connections need no code. Developers can use the REST API directly.

No. Webhooks and the REST API come with every Kallix account. You pay ₹4.80 a minute for calls, and get ₹500 in free credits when you sign up.
