Shopify AI voice agent integration.
Order events start the right call.
Kallix and Shopify share
- COD orders confirmed
- Abandoned checkouts followed up
- Delivery calls
- Results back on the order
Connects through webhooks, REST API, Zapier or Make
What Kallix and Shopify do together.
- COD orders confirmed
- A new cash-on-delivery order starts a call that checks the items, amount and address before you pay to ship it.
- Abandoned checkouts followed up
- When a buyer leaves at checkout, the agent calls to answer what held them back and sends the checkout link on WhatsApp.
- Delivery calls
- Fulfilment updates and failed deliveries start calls to agree a slot, fix an address or record a re-attempt request.
- Results back on the order
- Outcomes and corrected fields return to Shopify as an order tag or note, through Zapier, Make or your own code.

Connect Shopify. In 5 steps.
- 1
Choose how to connect
Use Zapier or Make if you'd rather not write code. If you have a developer, use Shopify's order webhooks with the Kallix REST API.
- 2
Pick the trigger
Start from new orders filtered to cash on delivery, abandoned checkouts or fulfilment updates. Pass the items, amount, address and link as variables.
- 3
Set up the agent
Start from a template in the agent studio, then set your calling windows and the WhatsApp follow-up.
- 4
Send results to Shopify
Add a Kallix webhook whose flow tags or notes the order with the outcome, such as confirmed, cancelled or address updated.
- 5
Test with a real order
Place a test COD order with your own number, check the call and the order tag, then go live.

Not today. Your store connects through Shopify's webhooks, or through Zapier or Make, and Kallix sends results back the same way.
No. Zapier and Make both work with Shopify, so a store owner can connect order events to Kallix without code. A developer can use Shopify webhooks and the REST API instead for more control.
Most stores start with COD confirmation, because it stops unwanted orders before you pay to ship them. Abandoned checkouts and calls after a failed delivery (NDR) use the same setup.
Yes. The agent can offer prepaid on the call, and a payment link goes out on WhatsApp once it ends. Agents never ask for card details or OTPs.
They count as promotional calls. Kallix checks numbers against India's DND register before a campaign dials and skips DND-registered numbers on promotional calls unless consent is recorded. Calls go out only in the windows you set.
