   Create the payment links

   Create a Razorpay payment link for each customer, in bulk from the Razorpay dashboard or through its API, with the amount and your reference.

   Add the links to your contacts

   Put each link in your contact CSV or API request as a variable, next to the name and amount due.

   Set the WhatsApp follow-up

   In the agent studio, write the follow-up message with the link variable in it.

   Listen for payments

   Point Razorpay's payment link webhooks at your system, Zapier or Make, and update the contact or your next campaign list when a link is paid.

   Test in test mode

   Call your own number, pay the link in Razorpay's test mode and check the status reaches your system.
