What Kallix and Zapier do together.
- Call events start Zaps
- Point a Kallix webhook at a Catch Hook trigger. Each call started, ended or analysed event runs your Zap with the call's details.
- Zaps that place calls
- A Webhooks by Zapier POST step sends the Kallix REST API an agent, a phone number and that contact's variables.
- Different paths for each outcome
- Use filters and paths to send bookings to a calendar, disputes to your team and callbacks to a follow-up list.
- Reach thousands of apps
- Get to tools Kallix doesn't connect to directly, from Airtable and Notion to Shopify and Typeform.

Not today. Kallix connects through Webhooks by Zapier: Kallix sends signed webhooks into a Zap, and a Zap starts calls through the REST API. Check that your Zapier plan includes Webhooks by Zapier.
Yes. A POST request to the Kallix REST API starts a call with an agent, a phone number and the variables for that contact, such as name and order amount. The call goes out within the calling window you set.
Each webhook carries the call's details. Once a call is analysed you also get its outcome, such as booked or promise to pay, the fields the agent captured and the transcript.
Yes. Add a Zapier filter on the outcome or any field, so only bookings, disputes or callback requests carry on to the next step.
Every Kallix webhook is signed, so code can check that it came from us. In Zapier, treat the Catch Hook address as a secret and don't share it.
Use Zapier when nobody on the team writes code or the other tool already works with Zapier. For high volumes or custom logic, call the REST API and handle webhooks in your own code.
