Make AI voice agent integration.
Route every call outcome in a scenario.

Connect Kallix to Make, formerly Integromat, with signed webhooks and the REST API. Every call that starts, ends or is analysed can run a scenario, and an HTTP module can start a call from any step. Build it on the canvas and branch on the outcome.

Kallix and Make share

  • Calls arrive in a scenario
  • A route for each outcome
  • Scenarios that start calls
  • Lists into campaigns

Connects through webhooks, REST API, Zapier or Make

What Kallix and Make do together.

Calls arrive in a scenario
Point a Kallix webhook at a Make custom webhook. Each event runs your scenario with the call's details.
A route for each outcome
Use a router to send each outcome its own way: bookings to a calendar, promises to pay to your loan system, callbacks to a list.
Scenarios that start calls
An HTTP module sends the Kallix REST API an agent, a phone number and variables, so any trigger in Make can place a call.
Lists into campaigns
Read rows from a sheet or database in Make and push them into a Kallix campaign as contacts, each with its own variables.

Connect Make. In 5 steps.

  1. 1

    Create a custom webhook

Start a scenario with the Webhooks module's custom webhook trigger and copy its address.

  2. 2

    Add it in Kallix

In the dashboard, add a webhook with that address, then press the test button so Make learns the shape of the data.

  3. 3

    Route by outcome

Add a router with a route for each outcome you care about, and the modules for each tool.

  4. 4

    Start calls from Make

Add an HTTP module that sends a request to the Kallix REST API with the agent, the phone number and the variables.

  5. 5

    Test, then turn it on

Run the scenario once with your own number, check every route, then schedule it.

Not today. Make connects through its Webhooks and HTTP modules, which come with every Make account: Kallix sends signed webhooks into a scenario, and the HTTP module calls the Kallix REST API.

Yes. An HTTP module sends a request to the Kallix REST API with the agent, the phone number and the contact's variables. The call goes out within your calling window.

Add a router after the webhook and put a filter on each route, for outcomes such as booked, callback requested, promise to pay, dispute or not interested.

Yes. Push contacts into a Kallix campaign through the REST API, with their variables. The campaign dials inside its calling windows, with the retries you set and DND checks before it dials.

The one your team already uses. Both connect to Kallix the same way, through webhooks and the REST API, and both work without code.
