Connect Google Sheets to AI voice calls.
A call list in, results out.

What Kallix and Google Sheets do together.
- A sheet becomes a campaign
- Download the sheet as a CSV and upload it to a campaign. Columns such as name or due amount become variables like {{due_amount}}.
- New rows start calls
- Zapier, Make or Apps Script can send each new row to the Kallix API, so it joins a running campaign without a fresh upload.
- Outcomes written back
- Once a call is analysed, its outcome, captured fields, sentiment and duration can go to the same row or to a results tab.
- A tracker without a CRM
- Your team gets a shared log of who was called, what they said and what happens next, filtered like any other sheet.
Jobs it helps with.
- EMI and payment remindersCall each borrower in the sheet before the due date with their amount and date, and record promises to pay.Use case
- COD order confirmationCall buyers from your orders sheet to confirm or cancel cash-on-delivery orders before they ship.Use case

Connect Google Sheets. In 4 steps.
- 1
Tidy your columns
Keep one row per person, with a phone number column and the details the agent should use, such as name, amount or date.
- 2
Build and test the agent
Write the script in the studio with variables that match your column names, and run test calls from the browser.
- 3
Load your contacts
Upload the sheet as a CSV to a campaign, or have Zapier, Make or Apps Script push new rows to the Kallix API.
- 4
Write results back
Send Kallix's call webhooks to a Zapier or Make step, or an Apps Script web app, that updates the row. Press the test button first.

No. A Google Sheet is enough to start: upload it to a campaign as a CSV and send results back to the sheet by webhook. If you move to a CRM later, the same agent keeps working.
Yes. A Zapier or Make step, or an Apps Script trigger, can send each new row to the Kallix API and add it to a running campaign, which calls inside the IST windows you set.
The outcome, such as promise to pay or callback requested, the fields the agent captured, sentiment, duration and the transcript if you want it. You choose the columns.
Yes. Kallix checks numbers against the DND register (NCPR) before a campaign dials, and anyone who asks not to be called is excluded from every campaign.
Only the rows you send to Kallix. Call data is then stored and processed in India, and Kallix is DPDP Act compliant.
