Google Calendar AI voice agent integration.
Bookings from calls, reminders before visits.

Connect Google Calendar to Kallix and your AI voice agent books, confirms and reminds people by phone in Hindi, English, Hinglish and more. Bookings agreed on a call go to your calendar, and upcoming events can trigger reminder calls, through signed webhooks and the REST API, or through Zapier or Make.

Kallix and Google Calendar share

  • Bookings to your calendar
  • Reminder calls before events
  • Reschedules and cancellations
  • The slots you choose

Connects through webhooks, REST API, Zapier or Make

What Kallix and Google Calendar do together.

Bookings to your calendar
When a call ends as booked, the webhook carries the date, time, name and reason, and Zapier, Make or your code creates the event.
Reminder calls before events
Upcoming events can add the attendee to a reminder campaign, with the time and place filled in from variables such as {{appointment_time}}.
Reschedules and cancellations
When someone moves or cancels on a reminder call, the new time or the cancellation comes back by webhook, so the event can be updated.
The slots you choose
Pass the open slots as a variable when the call starts, or keep your timetable in a knowledge base. The agent offers those times.

Connect Google Calendar. In 4 steps.

  1. 1

    Build the booking agent

Write the booking script in the studio, give it your slots or timetable, and run test calls from the browser.

  2. 2

    Send bookings to Google Calendar

Point Kallix's webhook at a Zapier or Make scenario that creates the event when a call ends as booked. Press the test button first.

  3. 3

    Set up reminder calls

Have Zapier or Make watch for upcoming events and add each attendee to a Kallix reminder campaign through the API.

  4. 4

    Confirm on WhatsApp

Send the date, time and address on WhatsApp after each booking or change, then try the whole flow with a test booking.

Give it the open slots as a variable when the call starts, or keep a timetable in your knowledge base. It offers those times, and the booking is created after the call. Check for clashes in the same Zapier or Make step before the event is added.

When you choose, for example the evening before. Reminder campaigns call only inside the IST windows you set, and retry at the gaps you choose if nobody answers.
