What Kallix and Gmail do together.
- Call summaries by email
- Send each call's outcome, fields and transcript to a team inbox or the account owner once the call has been analysed.
- Email confirmations
- Email the customer what was agreed on the call, such as a booking time or the documents they asked for.
- Enquiries that start calls
- When a form notification or an enquiry lands in Gmail, Zapier or Make can pick out the phone number and ask Kallix to call back.
- Only the emails you want
- Filter on the outcome, so your team hears about bookings and disputes and isn't emailed about wrong numbers.

Yes, through Zapier or Make. Kallix sends a webhook when the call ends and when it's analysed, and a Gmail step sends the email with the details you choose.
Through Zapier or Make, using Kallix's signed webhooks and REST API on one side and their Gmail steps on the other. You can set it up without writing code.
Yes. A Gmail trigger in Zapier or Make can read a new email, such as a form notification, pick out the name and phone number and send them to Kallix. Calls still go out only inside your calling windows.
The outcome, such as booked or callback requested, the fields the agent captured and the transcript. You choose what goes in when you build the Gmail step.
Transcripts can hold personal details, so send them only to the people who need them, or send just the outcome and fields. Kallix stores and processes call data in India, but a copy you email also sits in Gmail.
