HubSpot AI voice agent integration.
Call outcomes back on every contact.

Connect HubSpot to Kallix and your AI voice agent calls new contacts in Hindi, English, Hinglish and more, then sends the outcome, the answers it captured and the transcript back to HubSpot. It runs on signed webhooks and the REST API, or through Zapier or Make, so you decide what is written where.

Kallix and HubSpot share

  • Calls start from HubSpot
  • Outcomes sync back
  • Answers become properties
  • The conversation on file

Connects through webhooks, REST API, Zapier or Make

What Kallix and HubSpot do together.

Calls start from HubSpot
When a form comes in or a deal moves stage, Zapier, Make or your own code passes the contact to the Kallix API, with details such as {{callee_name}} as variables.
Outcomes sync back
Once a call is analysed, a signed webhook carries its outcome, such as booked, callback requested or not interested, ready to write to the contact.
Answers become properties
Budget, city, timeline or any other field the agent captures can go to a HubSpot property, custom ones included. You set the mapping.
The conversation on file
Log the transcript as a note on the contact, so your rep knows what was said before they pick up the phone.

Connect HubSpot. In 4 steps.

  1. 1

    Build and test your agent

Create the agent in the studio, add your qualifying script and run test calls from the browser before anyone is dialled.

  2. 2

    Send contacts to Kallix

Set up a Zap, a Make scenario or a short script that passes new HubSpot contacts to the Kallix API. A CSV export uploaded to a campaign works too.

  3. 3

    Add your webhook endpoint

Point Kallix's call webhooks at Zapier, Make or your server, and press the test button to send a sample event.

  4. 4

    Map results to HubSpot

Match the outcome, captured fields and transcript to HubSpot properties and notes, then check the records after a few live calls.

Through Kallix's signed webhooks and REST API. Most setups put Zapier or Make in the middle: one step sends new contacts to Kallix, another writes call results back to HubSpot. Developers can do both with their own code.

No. You connect through webhooks and the API, or through Zapier or Make, which keeps you in charge of the data that moves each way.

Whatever you map: the outcome from a catalogue of about 20, such as booked or callback requested, the fields the agent captured, sentiment, duration and the transcript.

Yes. When a contact or deal changes, a Zapier or Make step can add the person to a Kallix campaign through the API. The campaign calls only inside the IST windows you set, and retries at the gaps you choose.

Yes. You choose which captured field goes to which property in Zapier, Make or your code, so custom properties work the same as standard ones.

Kallix only receives the contact details you choose to send. Webhooks are signed, so you can check each one came from Kallix before writing it. Call data is stored and processed in India, and Kallix is DPDP Act compliant.
