Every call on Kallix follows the same three steps: something starts it, the agent holds the conversation, and the result goes back to your systems. Here is what each step looks like.
Before the call: the trigger
A call starts from your data. That can be a new row in a sheet, a new contact in your CRM, a form on your website, or a request from your own system through the API. You choose the agent, the calling window and how many times to retry if nobody answers.
On the call: listen, understand, respond
When the person picks up, the agent says it is an AI assistant and why it is calling. It listens, works out what the caller means, and answers in the caller's language, using the knowledge base you gave it. If the caller asks for a person, or the conversation goes outside what the agent should handle, it transfers the call or books a callback.
After the call: outcome, summary, next step
When the call ends, Kallix records the outcome, such as booked, promise to pay or callback requested, along with a short summary, the transcript and the recording. Then the next step runs on its own: a WhatsApp message, a calendar event, a task for your team or an update in your CRM.
What you see in the dashboard
Each call appears in the call log with its outcome and summary, so your team can review what was said without listening end to end. Campaign views show how a list is progressing, and you can export everything for your own reports.
