What Kallix and Vobiz do together.
- Numbers for each call type
- 140-series for promotional calls, 1600 and 1601-series for service and transactional calls where your sector needs them, and regional numbers for inbound lines.
- Inbound around the clock
- Route a number to an agent and it answers 24×7, transferring callers to your team on the rules you set.
- Automated calling declared
- Kallix declares automated (A2P) calling for the numbers it provides through Vobiz, so you don't file it yourself. You keep your DLT sender registration and your customers' consent.
- Cleaner outbound dialling
- Caller-number pools skip any number flagged as spam, Kallix whitelists your numbers with Truecaller and the operators, and every campaign checks the DND register (NCPR) before it dials.
