Kallix vs Ringg.
A lower rupee rate, or a broader platform.

Kallix vs Ringg is a choice between two Indian voice AI platforms that both price in rupees and include the call minutes. Ringg covers more languages and channels and holds audited certifications. Kallix charges less per minute, supplies numbers in the right series and checks DND before it dials.

The short answer

Pick Ringg if you need 20+ languages, chat and WhatsApp agents alongside voice, audited SOC 2 and ISO 27001 security, or calls over your own operator. Pick Kallix if you want ₹4.80 a minute with Indian call minutes inside it, Indian numbers in the right series from the dashboard, and call data kept in India on every account. Both give you a no-code builder and testing before launch, so run the same script on each before you decide.

Where each is stronger. Pick on what matters to your calls.

Where Ringg is stronger

  • More languages, published

Ringg lists 20+ languages, and its docs name Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali and Punjabi. Kallix covers Hindi, English, Hinglish and more, and doesn't publish a full list yet.

  • Audited security

Ringg says it has passed a SOC 2 Type II audit and holds ISO 27001 certification, with reports in a trust centre. Kallix claims no certifications today.

  • Your own telephony

Ringg imports numbers from Exotel, Ozonetel, Plivo, Tata Tele, Twilio and others, or takes calls over your SIP trunk. Kallix works with Vobiz numbers only for now.

  • More channels

Ringg runs full chat and WhatsApp agents, and browser agents, from the same platform. Kallix sends WhatsApp follow-ups after a call but doesn't run a chat agent.

  • Deployment choices

Ringg offers deployment in India, the GCC, the US or Europe, and on-premise on enterprise plans. Kallix stores and processes call data in India and doesn't offer on-premise.

  • Track record

Ringg was founded in 2023 and publishes case studies with named Indian companies. Kallix was founded in 2026.

  • Possibly cheaper extra lines

Ringg's billing docs show five extra lines for ₹2,000 a month as an example. Kallix charges ₹999 a month for each line beyond the two included.

Where Kallix is stronger

  • A lower published rate

Kallix charges ₹4.80 a minute and Ringg ₹6 a connected minute, and both include the call minutes. Kallix bills in 30-second pulses of ₹2.40.

  • Numbers in the right series

For promotional calls Kallix provides 140-series numbers, and for service calls 1600 or 1601-series numbers, and it declares automated calling to the operator for them. Ringg's guide leaves the series and the A2P declaration to you and your operator.

  • DND checks before dialling

Every number is checked against India's DND register (NCPR) before a campaign dials, and do-not-call contacts are left out of every campaign.

  • Data in India on every account

Call data stays in India from the first call, and Kallix is DPDP Act compliant as your data processor, with a data processing agreement on request.

  • Free credits stated up front

₹500 in free credits on sign-up, about 100 minutes, so you know what a trial covers before you start.

What a month costs. Worked in rupees.

A worked example, so you can see where the money goes. The assumptions:

  • 10,000 minutes a month of outbound calls to Indian mobiles
  • one Indian phone number
  • five calls running at once
  • Ringg's pay-as-you-go rupee rates, as listed on 23 October 2026
  • taxes left out on both sides
Monthly costKallixRingg
AI, voice and call minutes10,000 × ₹4.80 = ₹48,00010,000 × ₹6 = ₹60,000
Five calls at once3 extra lines × ₹999 = ₹2,997Not published. The billing docs' example prices five extra lines at ₹2,000 a month
One Indian number₹499₹499
Monthly minimumPrepaid wallet, topped up as you goA monthly minimum commitment applies. The amount isn't listed
What we can total₹51,496₹60,499, plus any lines you buy

How to read it. Both rates include the call minutes, so this is a like-for-like comparison of the per-minute part. Ringg's total moves with how many lines it includes for your account and its monthly minimum, so ask for both before you compare. Kallix bills in 30-second pulses, so a 50-second call counts as two pulses, ₹4.80.

Kallix checks every number against the DND register before a campaign dials, and declares automated calling for the numbers it provides.
