Ringg AI alternatives.
Seven voice AI platforms for Indian calls.
Why teams look beyond Ringg AI.
Ringg AI is an Indian platform that runs one agent across voice, chat, WhatsApp and web, built on a visual canvas. It's self-serve and needs no code to start. Teams still compare it with other platforms, usually for one of these reasons.
- How the price is set. Ringg's pay-as-you-go plan charges ₹6 for each connected minute of a voice agent, with telephony and basic analytics included. Numbers cost ₹499 a month and advanced analytics ₹2 a call, while concurrency and enterprise rates are quoted on request.
- Where data is processed. Ringg lets you choose from four deployment regions, India among them. Its security FAQ notes that data may be processed outside India by its cloud and technology partners.
- Languages you can check. Ringg says its agents understand 20+ languages but doesn't name them on its home page. If you sell in Tamil or Bengali, you'll want a named list and a test call.
- How you want to build. Some teams want a studio their operations staff can run. Others want an API-first platform where developers choose each model. Platforms differ a lot on this.
What to check before you switch
- What the per-minute rate covers: speech, voice, the language model, telephony and numbers
- Every language your customers use, tried on a live test call, Hinglish included
- Indian numbers, DND (NCPR) checks and calling windows set in IST
- How many calls can run at once, and what each extra line costs
- Scenario tests you can rerun before every change goes live
- Where recordings and transcripts are stored, and who on your team can see them
- WhatsApp follow-ups and CRM sync after each call
Ringg AI alternatives, one by one. Prices from their own pages.

The main Ringg AI alternatives in India are Kallix, Bolna, Sarvam, Verloop, Gnani, Haptik and Retell AI, and the right one depends on who will run your calls. For a no-code studio and one rupee rate with Indian call minutes included, look at Kallix. For developer control over models and carriers, Bolna. For many named Indian languages at a low model rate, Sarvam. For an enterprise pilot or on-premise deployment, Verloop or Gnani. Retell suits teams that also sell outside India.
Ringg charges ₹6 for each connected minute on its pay-as-you-go plan, with telephony included and numbers at ₹499 a month. Kallix charges ₹4.80 a minute plus GST, billed in 30-second pulses, with Indian call minutes included and numbers from ₹499 a month. Ringg quotes concurrency on request; Kallix includes two concurrent calls and charges ₹999 a month for each extra one. Work out a full month at your own volume before you decide.
None of these platforms is free for live calling, but most let you try first. Kallix gives ₹500 in free credits on sign-up, about 100 minutes of calls. Retell gives $10 in credits and Bolna $5. Ringg and Sarvam also give new accounts free credits without stating the amount on the pages we checked, and Verloop advertises a free proof of concept.
Kallix agents speak Hindi, English, Hinglish and more, and switch when the caller switches. Bolna and Verloop both name Hinglish and Hindi among 10+ Indian languages. Sarvam names Hindi among 11 Indian languages and handles code-mixed speech. Gnani names Hindi among 40+ languages and dialects. Whichever you pick, place a test call in each language your customers use.
Paste your current script into the agent studio, or describe the agent in plain words and Kallix drafts it. Build the knowledge base from your website URL and upload your FAQs and price lists. Write test scenarios and run them until each one passes. Then rent an Indian number in the dashboard and start with a small campaign.
No. Kallix runs as a cloud platform, with call data stored and processed in India. Ringg offers on-premise or private-cloud deployment on enterprise plans, and Gnani lists on-premise and air-gapped options. If your security team needs the whole stack inside your own network, those are the better fit.
