Smallest AI alternatives.
Voice agent platforms, priced and compared.

Reviewing Smallest AI alternatives for phone agents? Here are six platforms, Kallix first, with who each suits, its published price and its weak spots. Every rival fact comes from that company's own website, checked on 23 October 2026.

Why teams look beyond Smallest AI.

Smallest AI builds its own transcription and voice models and sells voice agents on top, with a no-code builder, APIs, SIP trunking and an on-premise option for enterprises. Teams compare it with others for reasons like these.

  • A rate that depends on your choices. Smallest lists $0.09 to $0.21 a minute for agents, depending on the models you pick, with language models billed at cost and numbers at $10 a month.
  • Concurrency. Pay as you go includes 20 concurrent calls, and Smallest says extra concurrency isn't available on that plan, so growing past 20 means an enterprise contract.
  • Indian languages on calls. Smallest offers Hindi voices with Hinglish support for speech synthesis. Its voice agent page lists voices in 31 languages without naming them, so teams calling in Indian languages should test each one.
  • Dollar billing. Smallest prices in US dollars. Indian teams may prefer a rupee rate.

What to check before you switch

  • The full per-minute cost with the model you'd really use
  • Concurrency on the plan you start with, and how to grow past it
  • Hindi and Hinglish quality on a real phone call, not a demo clip
  • Indian numbers, DND (NCPR) checks and calling windows in IST
  • Testing before launch, and versions you can roll back
  • Data location and the certifications your buyers ask for
