What callers ask. And what the agent does next.
| When the caller says | The agent answers | Then it |
|---|---|---|
| “What is the salary?” | Quote the band from the knowledge base only when asked. | Continue screening. |
| “Is it remote?” | Answer from the knowledge base for this role. | Continue screening. |
| “I am not looking right now.” | No problem; thank you for your time. | Mark not interested and end politely. |
Every template also handles the wrong person, “call me later”, “not interested”, a request for a person and a request not to be called again.
