Kallix vs ElevenLabs Agents comes down to range against fit. ElevenLabs gives developers a global platform with a huge choice of voices, languages and models, and you bring the phone carrier. Kallix gives Indian phone teams one rupee rate with the call minutes inside it, Indian numbers in the same dashboard and call data stored and processed in India.

The short answer

Pick ElevenLabs if you have developers, call in many countries or languages, need SOC 2, ISO 27001 or HIPAA for a security review, or already run a carrier such as Twilio, Exotel or your own SIP trunk.

Pick Kallix if you're an Indian sales, collections or support team that wants one rupee rate with the Indian call minutes inside it, numbers rented in the same dashboard, and call data stored and processed in India from the first call. How Kallix handles data →

Where each is stronger. Pick on what matters to your calls.

Where ElevenLabs is stronger

  • Far more languages and voices

ElevenLabs says its agents speak 90+ languages, with a library of thousands of voices, and its Eleven v3 voice model lists Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu and other Indian languages. Kallix covers Hindi, English, Hinglish and more, and doesn't publish a full list yet.

  • Certifications for a security review

SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1, with HIPAA compliance and business associate agreements on Enterprise. Kallix holds no certifications today, so a buyer whose review requires one should look at ElevenLabs.

  • More parallel calls in every plan

Pro allows 20 calls at once and Business 40, and burst pricing lets an agent go up to three times its limit at double the rate. Kallix includes two lines and charges ₹999 a month for each extra one.

  • Your carrier and your model

Bring numbers from Twilio, Exotel, Plivo, Vonage, Telnyx or any standard SIP trunk, and pick a language model or bring your own. Kallix runs one stack and takes numbers only through Vobiz.

  • WhatsApp as a full channel

An ElevenLabs agent can chat, take voice notes and handle WhatsApp calls, and keeps context across phone, web, SMS and email. Kallix uses WhatsApp for follow-ups after a call, not as a chat agent.

  • Developer tooling

Tests run from a command line inside your release pipeline, repeated runs report a pass rate, experiments A/B test changes on live traffic, and native SDKs cover web and mobile.

Where Kallix is stronger

  • One rupee rate, with the call inside it

₹4.80 a minute covers the voice, speech recognition, the language model and the Indian call minutes, billed in 30-second pulses. On ElevenLabs, model usage and your carrier's call charges come on top of the agent minutes.

  • Indian numbers in the dashboard

Rent 140-series numbers for promotional calls, 1600 and 1601-series numbers for service and transactional calls, or regional numbers for inbound lines, through Vobiz from ₹499 a month. Kallix declares automated calling for the numbers it provides. ElevenLabs doesn't sell numbers, so you need a carrier account first.

  • Call data in India on every account

Kallix stores and processes call data in India and is DPDP Act compliant on every plan. ElevenLabs stores data in the US by default and keeps its India environment for Enterprise customers.

  • India's calling rules in each campaign

Numbers are checked against the DND (NCPR) register before a campaign dials, calls go out only in the IST windows you set, and a do-not-call request removes that person from every campaign.

  • Outcomes your team can act on

Every call ends with an outcome from a catalogue of about 20, such as promise to pay, dispute or callback requested, and a WhatsApp follow-up can carry a UPI payment link unique to each account.

A worked month, so you can see where the money goes. The assumptions:

How to read it. Every ElevenLabs paid plan works out to $0.08 a minute, so moving to Scale or Business changes the parallel calls you get, not the cost of these minutes. At this volume the agent minutes alone cost more than Kallix's all-in rate. ElevenLabs includes more parallel calls, which counts if you run big campaigns. Indian customers see a rupee price at checkout, so check it against our conversion.

On Kallix, calls bill in 30-second pulses, so a 50-second call counts as two pulses, ₹4.80.

Every Kallix rate is on the pricing page.

Moving from ElevenLabs. In 4 steps.

  1. 1

    Export your agent

Copy your system prompt, first message, knowledge documents and test cases out of ElevenLabs, and export your contact lists.

  2. 2

    Rebuild it in the studio

Paste the prompt, or describe the agent in plain words and let Kallix draft it. Map your dynamic variables to Kallix's, such as {{callee_name}} and {{due_amount}}, and attach your knowledge base.

  3. 3

    Recreate your tests

Turn each ElevenLabs test, and every call that went wrong, into a Kallix scenario. Run the suite until each one passes.

  4. 4

Rent a number and go live

Rent an Indian number in the dashboard, route it to the agent, and point your webhooks and CRM sync at Kallix. Run a split list on both before you move every call.
